Good question. eXodus now makes some sort of commercial (java-style or
web thing) as it's win32 X. The copy I have is several years old, but
still does the trick. A freeware variant is VNC which enables people to
view X on Windows and Windows on X. It's not very efficient, and could
raise a number of security issues, but it's free. I've been playing with
it for a while now. In any event, here's a link and some links to a few
