RoadRunner service?

I'm looking for what people think of RoadRunner's service?  Currently I have
Onvoy IDSL and it's pretty good, but every now and then I have some downtime,
like last weekend I was down for 3 days and that really ticked me off.  So I'm
wondering of RoadRunner's service is as good or better.  Until now my only
high speed option was IDSL, now Time-Warner is offering cable modem service
via RoadRunner.

Only thing RoadRunner doesn't provide is a static IP, at least according to
the web site.
