Since 8.9.3 promiscuous relay has been turned off by default.

If you're using < 8.9.3 you should probably upgrade anyways.

If you have to use < 8.9.3 and it doesn't have the anti-relaying ruleset
(notably 8.8.8) I can add it by hand if you'd like.
