What kind of CPU fan are you using?  I would recommend either geting one
of those funky golden orb ones, or a globalwin alpha or cpm32 fans.

I added a case fan in the center of the drive bays too. 

Also, try to keep hot pci cards from eachoter.

I had lots of lockups becasue i had two g200's side by side ;)
