System Commander resoved finally

Way back in the way back machine I had some trouble with System commander and
booting to Linux making C:\ partition inactive on the reboot.

If anyone has a similiar problem, I resolved mine by going to Global and local
options menu in sys commander setup and checking the 'force active on drive 0'
option.  Boots just fine now.
