cow 3.0

Is there a list of all the files needed to run cow 3.0
on a windows platform?  I have 2.0, it runs fine, and
I downloaded the 3.0 exe file, I cannot get 3.0 to
work.  (Even after I copied all the 2.0 files EXCEPT
the exe to the 3.0 directory)  Also how can I download
the pixmaps subdirectory for windows?
