[VANILLA-L:1486] Client information

I have a question, for what purpose does the server make available the
network address and userid of everyone playing?  When I play from home it
really doesn't matter to me because the only thing people see is my domain
and the userid of my win95 computer, but isn't it a bit unfair to force
everyone to make this info available.  I think there should be at least
some way for a server god to easily disable this.
