OK, as I replied to Chris privately, it turns out that the tool is a DOS
program that was supplied to us by one of their Engineers. We *were*
under the impression it was a formal tool. I will ask our FTP admin to place
it on the FTP site under utilities (it will be called sr.exe). In the
meantime I can "send" it to anyone who wants it - as long as I don't get
100s of requests ;)
