Add a connection profile for each of the remote systems. The profile name
will 
be their authentication "name" or "login". Then you setup receive 
authentication to specify if you will use PAP/CHAP. 

This profile could be used to call or accept calls to/from the other clients.

Let me know if you have specific questions, as the parameter and menu settings
*should* be reasonably self explanatory.
