(ASCEND) Max 4048 resetting PRI

We've had our new 4048 running about 48 hours without problem and
now suddenly the PRI keeps ressetting(?) every 15-25 minutes.  The D
channel drops or something.  There is a yellow alarm for about 2 seconds,
all calls are dropped with Ascend-Disconnect-Cause 185 and it comes right 
back up and starts taking calls. This has happened 4 or 5 times in the
last couple of hours.

Telco says their equipment is up/ok.

Any ideas?
