No. The telco does all of the translation. When an inband
56K call transverses a switch (telco) and is routed onto a
PRI line, the telco does all of the translation needed. The call
is presented to the MAX as a 56K data call - exactly as it would
if the call was originated as an ISDN 56K data call. The MAX talks
to the switch over the D-channel, and the switch talks to the sw56
router with inband signalling. The data is unaffected by the change
in signalling method.
