(ASCEND) Voice vs. Data usage on a P75.

This is sort of a wish list, but I'd like to know if it is technically
feasable? (from the ISDN standpoint)

I've got a P75 at our office configured to call three data locations,
internet, my home, my bosses home. We use one of the incoming numbers for
a fax number. We use one of the incoming numbers as another voice number.
We have an extra analog telephne line. (there are only two of us in the
office.)

I'm connected to an ATT5ESS running NI-1.

If I have data calls going in two directions, I'd like to have an incoming
VOICE call (on the first number) get forwarded to the true analog phone
number. I want to have an incoming DATA call get a "no channel available"
message or something similar.

If I have data calls going in two directions, I'd like to have an incoming
VOICE call (on the SECOND number, which I'm using for a fax) get a busy
signal.

If I have a bonded data call going out, I'd like an incoming analog call
to knock down one of the channels. (like it currently works)

I don't really want traditional analog style call waiting on either line.

>From my limited understanding of ISDN, it seems to me that if the line is
simply provisioned for call forwarding, configuring all of this should be
possible from the TA (the P75 in this case.)

If the P75 (and 25 and 15, and any other item with an analog port) had an
analog features configuartion section with the following options for each
spid then I could make my P75 work as a nice home system with a standard
thing to tell the phone company when setting it up. since I think I have
to tell the phone company to set up ACO to get 2 data calls running on the
same number, that seems to enable call waiting by default. I personally
don't like call waiting, and would rather that the person gets transferred
to an answering system. I just don't want to deal with the phone company
for my answering system.

Analog Features:
Number A Call Waiting [true/false Toggle]
Number A Forwarding [true/false Toggle]
Number A "forward on busy" [telephone number of destination]
Number A "forward on no answer" (or delayed forwarding) [telephone number
                                                           of destination]
(All repeated for Number B)

Am I being unreasonable in what I expect to be possible?

Should I mail this to another location as a feature request?

The reason I started thinking about this is the frequency I'm having
people not able to reach me on the analog portion of our ISDN line. I
called the phone company to find out if I could get a forward on busy
feature added to the first number on out ISDN line. I was told that I
could, but that it wouldn't distinguish between a DATA call and a VOICE
call. This wasn't what I wanted. It seems to me that currently, if I've
got an incoming data call on A and a second data call comes in on A, it
gets correctly answered with the second channel. (or the incoming call is
voice, it still correctly rings through on the second channel) I don't
want to break that.
