(ASCEND) MAX 4000 stops responding

Hi everybody:			

We have a MAX 4000 running version 5.0a that was working fine until it
suddenly stoppped responding last night.
The only way to make it revive was resetting it.

Did Anyone suffered same problems?
Any fixes?
Anyone using new releases?

BTW, we are using E1-R2 lines (not T1...) and 60 V.34 modems....
