	I see that value in the dictionary, but it's not being logged
into the radius files.  We're running 5.0Ap27, with the K56Flex modem
cards.  It doesn't work.

	So what you're saying is, Ascend-Data-Rate (the Radius
attribute) is the "upstream" (towards the Max) modem speed, and
the "show users" command shows the downstream modem speed.

	I'm not going to believe it until I see those two values
actually be different than each other for a customer...
