Re: (ASCEND) Users stay connected but cannot see any web sites



We used to see the same thing months ago, particularly with Motorola
Lifestyle modems. If you jump on to the max the customer is logged into and
ping them does the connection come back? If it does I bet turning on LQM
fixes your problems. We are running ap27 and have not heard this problem
maybe because we always LQM on.
