By chance, are you using BRI's rather than PRI's?

*IF* you're running BRI's, try:

	Net/BRI->Line Config->Factory(or whatever)->Line [one that's hung]

and change "Enabled=Yes" to "No," write the change, turn it back to
"Yes" and write it over.  Call the hung number (yes, pick up an actual
telephone and call) to see if the channel comes back.
