I haven't done it with NT Server, but I've done it with Win95 with
the ISDN Accel. Kit (DUN 1.2).  You do have to be using an
incremental release; I *think* I was using 5.0Ai10 on the Max at the
time.  Allow MPP, max channels=2, and I think you have to allow
shared profiles too, though I wouldn't swear to it.
