The original description was :

When a single dial-in session uses more than four channels and VJ
compression is enabled, throughput drops off rapidly.

The correct description should be:

Known problem in 1.3Ap13:

If VJ compression is enabled for a PPP session, throughput may drop when a
large number of TCP applications are in use.
