    I installed NavisAccess last week to try to play with SNMP.
I get the following message repeatedly under Event Summary:
<TRAP = 1.3.6.1.4.1.529.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0, 6, 12, 1><V0 = 2>
I am assuming I don't have the latest MIBs or TRAPs compiled.
Yet I checked ftp.ascend.com and found the latest drivers being
nearly 6 months old. In particular I am trying to monitor a few Max
4000's
a few 4004's and even a few more 4048's.

Any suggestions ????   Thanks - Tim
