No, I was asking about your release notes. It appears whoever I ask I get
a different answer or no answer at all. James Scarborough was here the
other day. I asked him how a Max diagnoses a suspect modem. He said, "8
bad calls in a row." I showed him a Max that had two modems with only 4
calls total in the suspect list.

Are you guys ISO9001 or not?

No, again. Weeks later people reply to me. And still the bugs don't get
fixed. Ascend engineers visit and can't find any configuration problems.
I've yet to here any detail on any trouble report from any Ascend support
staffer.
