OK, This is what is happening, When I issue the following snmpset command:

snmpset spg-as1.erols.com xxx
.iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprises.ascend.systemStatusGroup.sysConfigTftp.sysConfigTftpCmd.0
i 6
