(ASCEND) Mutliple IP Pools for Max 40xx

I looked through the mailing list archives, but found only questions, not
answers about this.  

How do I get my Maxen to use the addresses in a second pool?  I added
another PRI and didn't have enough contiguous addresses, so I added a
second pool.  How do I make this work?
