Within about an hour after installing 6.1.3 in our main dialin pool,
I was getting lots of IP pool leaks, so much so that I went back
to 6.1b2, it had a different type of pool leak that wasn't as bad.

I've been on 6.1.7 since early saturday and have seen no problems.
