(ASCEND) 7.0b6 and 128k

I have seen several mentions that 128k worked fine for TA's in 7.0b6, but
was broken thereafter.  We are currently running 7.0b6, and experiencing a
multitude of problems with (especially 3COM/USR) TA's dialing in and
getting 128k.  It seems that even our customers with Ascend Pipeline 25's
are also having the same problems.  We have tested the 7.0b7 and above
code and it is definitely even more broken there, but definitely does not
work perfectly in 7.0b6.

I would like to add thought that someone at Ascend needs to check on how
this relates to Stacking.  In areas where we have ONLY 6000's running the
7.0b6 code, we have much less problem than where we have a mixture of
6000's and 4000's and the problem exist whether the call actually spans
multiple maxes or not.
