(ASCEND) p75 configuration

Firstly let me thank everyone who offered help to get my P75 configuration
problem sorted.

The p75 is now up and running and was configured using telnet on a 
Macintosh
The was an undefined problem which I have not identified regarding the 
difference
between Mac OS8.0 and Mac OS 8.5 and this was probably due to do with 
the version of Open Transport used.

The JBPC application does not work in Mac OS8.5 and this was one source 
of hours wasted.
I have now got an NT and a win95 version of the JBPC application so I 
will be able to
run them on my PC's and will wait to hear from Ascend about an updated 
Macintosh version.

The p75 flashes until it is connected and this is another major source of 
hours wasted
trying every cable I could lay my hands on to get the 'wan' to stop 
flashing.

I see that there are new versions of p75 software on the Ascend web site.

Should I download the later versions? How do I then load these to the 
p75? ( using JBPC ? )
