(ASCEND) p75 configuration

Most European Telcos only keep the ISDN link active while calls are in 
progress. As soon as the last call terminates, the Link goes inactive 
within about 30 seconds! That means completely, no activity at all. The 
Pipeline Wan light Blinks under these conditions and thus You should 
consider this absolutely normal. The U.S. on the other hand keeps the 
link up all the time and in that situation, the Flashing WAN light 
usually indicates indicates an error condition either physical or network 
in nature.

I read in this list a while back that you could set the clock via snmp?
