I have a general question regarding Bell Atlantic and tariffs.  Right now I
have ISDN at home via BA's residential service and I was wondering - if I
were to change my ISDN to business - and run DOV - would I get all the local
connect time for free (i.e.: I could maintain a nailed 24x7 connection) as
long as I was running DOV and stayed in the same CO (the call originated and
terminated in the same exchange?)..
