RE: (ASCEND) DOV: 4048 call routing



I have many customers that do that but there is a caveat here. BA is very
careful and will ask many, many questions to try to see if you are trying
to do DOV and then bill you accordingly. I have also seen several 24x7
customers get really nasty calls from BA saying basically "we know you are
doing DOV, admit it or die! Noone stays on a voice call for 300 hrs a
month!" In my opinion, its a crap shoot. Its just easier to buy some sort
of package from them.
