(ASCEND) Flashing WAN light

In Germany, although ETSI is used the ISDN line is up all the time.
A flashing WAN light would normally not indicate that the line is broken
but that the Pipeline has rebooted inbetween. After the first dial-out
the WAN light stays off. So the customer should try to dial-out first
before calling the Telco people.
This is a support topic once in a while.
