	I have not located the source of this error either but I have had
the unfortunate chance to come across this with a MAX 4002 with a DSP
16MOD card... power cycling the unit a couple times seemed to clear the
issue... I encountered this problem while changing the IP address...
whether this was coincidence or not I am not sure at this time...
