(ASCEND) M4K running 6.1.7 reporting wrong Multilink value

A Max 4000 running 6.1.7 software seems to be reporting the
Ascend-Num-In-Multilink value wrong. The error is with accounting
start packets, not stop (thankfully, as stops are much more important to us),
but it is something I would like to see fixed.

eg:

First call:
Tue Dec 22 15:55:15 1998
        User-Name = "isdntest2-gw"
        NAS-Identifier = 195.40.1.71
        NAS-Port = 10105
        NAS-Port-Type = Sync
        Class = "%isdntest2-gw"
        Acct-Status-Type = Start
        Acct-Delay-Time = 0
        Acct-Session-Id = "279152621"
        Acct-Authentic = RADIUS
        Ascend-Multilink-ID = 208
        Ascend-Num-In-Multilink = 1
        Caller-Id = "1716360330"
        Client-Port-DNIS = "084533"
        Framed-Protocol = PPP
        Framed-Address = 194.72.163.73

Second call:
Tue Dec 22 15:55:37 1998
        User-Name = "isdntest2-gw"
        NAS-Identifier = 195.40.1.71
        NAS-Port = 10109
        NAS-Port-Type = Sync
        Class = "%isdntest2-gw"
        Acct-Status-Type = Start
        Acct-Delay-Time = 0
        Acct-Session-Id = "279152623"
        Acct-Authentic = RADIUS
        Ascend-Multilink-ID = 208
        Ascend-Num-In-Multilink = 2
        Caller-Id = "1716360330"
        Client-Port-DNIS = "084533"
        Framed-Protocol = PPP
        Framed-Address = 194.72.163.73

This was tested with a P50 running MPP and BACP. I have never seen a BRI
capable of opening 3 channels before!

Has anyone else seen this, and if so, does 7.0.X fix it?

Kind Regards

Martin
