I am sorry, but it is not clear to me why you think the value is incorrect.
Ascend-Num-In-Multilink reports the number of sessions that exist in the
Multilink bundle.

After the first call is connected, you have one session.
And that is what your accounting record shows.

>         Ascend-Num-In-Multilink = 1

After the second call is connected you have two sessions.
And that is what your accounting record shows. 

> Second call:
...
>         Ascend-Num-In-Multilink = 2

When the Stop record is sent for the second call you will be left
with one session.  When the Stop record is sent for the first call
you will be left with zero sessions.  Ascend-Num-In-Multilink should
reflect these values.

Unless you have another accounting record that shows Ascend-Num-In-Multilink 
with a value of three, I don't think the MAX has reported the BRI opening
three channels.
