Michael,

  Running NetBios over TCP/IP is likely the problem. NetBIOS is very 
chatty, and Ascend's standard IP call filter won't block it. If you just 
block NetBios specifically, that probably will fix the problem. Trying to 
block everything and then only permit certain protocols will be 
impractical due to the small size of the Pipeline's filter list.
