Re: (ASCEND) Ascend P130 - IPX routing question/problem
Hi Sue,
We are using 4 Pipeline 130's on 5.1 with load b.p13 connecting 3 locations
and 2 IPX networks via T1 and IPX routing works like a champ. Setup is a
little tricky to be sure you have all the parameters correct. I haven't heard
of any bugs with IPX and we haven't had any problems with it once we got it
going.
We initially did the IPX setup between two Pipeline 75's and called Ascend for
assistance since as you say it seemed to not be working. They faxed us a paper
with concise guidelines for IPX setup and after step by step checking all the
settings we got it going. After the experience with the 75's when we added the
130's we didn't have any problems getting it to work. We also do ISDN dial up
to connect IPX networks and this works fine too.

Keep at and you should be able to get it working. If not, drop a line and I'll
