(ASCEND) Flogging the old hash code horse...

Not to keep flogging this one (actually, its been quite about this since
the "I'll take your boat anchor" discussions a month or so ago...)

As many of us are, we are the proud owner of a "free" Ascend 4004 that is
ISDNless from the Max promo last fall. It is my understanding that
several people were able to convince Ascend or their rep to get the hash
codes required for the unit at little or no charge.

We're in the unique position of having been verbally convinced that the
units WERE ISDN ready. Making a mistake that won't happen again, I
trusted our rep without verifying the information myself. Now, it's
beginning to turn into a bit of a run-around on this and I'm simply asking
that they get us the codes so that we can start dealing with them again...
It would be good for both of us and I don't really want to turn this into
a big issue with them and start saying that Seachange doesn't support their
customers and backup what they say (and no, I won't mention the supplier) 8)

Blabber, blabber... To the point... Can anyone spill some magic heat
this way that helped get this resolved for them?
