Jane,

The only way to get rid of those ghost sessions is to
reboot the MAX. You should also try upgrading the MAX to 
software 6.1.24 to remedy the ghost session problem.

6.1.24 does have some fixes for the ghost sessions 
that stay on the MAX even though the user has
obviously disconnected.

He doesn't show up in the active sessions window. A 'show users'
indicates that he has an entry with a 0 session id, and N/A in most
other fields. Is this causing the max to think he is already logged in?
How does one delete this entry?
