At the switch. The Max never sees the call.
I'm not too familiar with ISDN messaging, but I assume there's some kind
of reinitialization message that goes across the D channel when it comes
up after reboot. What if the switch doesn't see that message and is
unaware that the Max has reset, and some channels are thus made unavailable
because they had calls on them before the reboot occured, and the switch
thinks they are still in use?
This is probably a switch/Max incompatibility bug.
I'm just trying to find out if anyone else sees this with a DMS 100
(or without?) If I'm alone then maybe it's just a switch configuration
issue (I have no idea what a DMS config looks like!)
