You will need to run a routing protocol between the NASes and the default
router so that it knows how to reach the users on the xxx.xxx.105.0/24
network no matter which NAS they are connected to.
But note however that xxx.xxx.109.4/30 is an invalid IP address (you have
this as the address of your second NAS). .4 is the network address, .7
is the broadcast, that makes only .5 and .6 usable.
