(ASCEND) Power Supply for Max 6096

Has anyone had to replace a power supply on the Max 6096?  Its a Martek
Power PS2253.  I'm still trying find out from Martek if it is possible to
buy one from a retail source.

Does anyone know a retail source for these?  Will Lucent sell me one?  At
least for less than than the $6000 they are quoting to repair it the unit?
