	Yes, absolutely.  But for those things that are client side
only...like tab order in html, field validation, image rollovers, having a
form autosubmit on value change......it is indespensable.  I'll be the first
to admit it is sometimes overused.

	[Note: Record validation is good on the server, but I don't want to
verify that a required field is non-empty on the server.]
