I like to pull out a new COW release latest next week, but I like to get
the sound working for the WIN32 port first.

Can anyone send me a mmsystem.h file from the MS-development kit, 
because it is not included in the cygnus distribution?

I have one only at work, but I'm on holiday until 10. Jan.
