The ftp.risc netrek Archive is not longer supported anymore and already
outdated, because I lost my account on that machine.
All crypto stuff and other importaint Netrek things are placed in the
contrib dir of the COW web server http://cow.netrek.org/contrib/
But using it inside US is a patent violation, as far as I know.
Reexporting it back outside US is a Crypto law violation ;-)

The old one will not work anymore, use the new res-rsa.Vanilla.tgz
from the contrib dir.

Is there anyone who really understands that?

Glad not living there ;-)
