Yes, use the RSA 2.9 and above package.  Kurt and I synchronized the
Euro and U.S. RSA packages a while back, so the old res-rsa2.tar.Z will
no longer work.

Actually, much of the information is already available in the README and
INSTALL files from the U.S. RSA package.

I received a response from RSA Labs a couple of weeks ago about this.  I
seemed to have misplaced it, though.  Too much mail.
