Well it's a start. We are still planning on getting the docs in HTML
format accessible via the WEB pages.....bandwidth allowing....but in
the meantime, both the MAX and TNT docs are available on the FTP site:

/pub/outgoing/maxdocs.zip 
/pub/outgoing/tnt-13a.zip

They are "current", BUT do not include the most recent release notes, so
you would still need to 'incorporate' them.
