(ASCEND) Max Release 6.0b tests

some test results running 5.0Ap36 and 6.0b1 on an m1800,
(I'll have a non-production m4000 to test with next month)
with client cisco 766 router (ISDN BRI + POTS)
cisco is running latest software (ver 4.2) with support for MP and BACP.

1. for MP 128k link, cisco to max worked in 5.0ap36.
in trying to setting up multi link call from cisco to max
the cisco can dial the same number twice to reach our hunt groups.

2. max to cisco does not work in 5.0ap36 due to BACP failure.
when calling max to cisco, because the max can only dial one number
and the user's BRI does not have a hunt group, BACP is required to
get second dial number, however the BACP in MAX v5.0ap36 is NOT compatible,
outbound call for second chan. only works in MAX 6.0b.
(setting up a hunt group should remedy this)

3. max to cisco does not work in 6.0b due to MP failure,
the max does see the second phone number and dials correctly,
but never adds the second call to the MP bundle,
the cisco sees repeated timeouts of MP negotiation.

4. cisco to max test in 6.0b was inconclusive and rather irritating,
it did work a handful of times, but most failed
to build MP bundle the same as max to cisco calls (item #3).

I spent over 4 hours on the phone with a cisco engineer.
as this is their first release for the 760 to support BACP,
he was also quite interested in finding a working configuration.

as a side note, 128k MPP to a pipeline seemed to work fine,
as does analog MP from a Windows 98 client, with one 33.6 and one 56k modem.
