I have an Ascend Max and a PM3.  In almost all cases, customers are
reporting a lower connect speed when logging into the PM3.  For example, a
customer using a Hayes Accura 56k will connect on the Max at 44, but at
31.2 on the PM3.  I'm getting complaints now and am wondering what can be
done to remedy the situation.  Does anyone have any ideas?
