Two options.  First, you can RMA the unit back to Ascend.  If the unit is
under warranty, it will cost you nothing.  This is bad because the
customer has to go without.  The second option is to open the box up.
There is a jumper P6 or P9 that needs to be jumpered.  Call Ascend support
and they can step you through the xmodem download from a PC.  Of course,
this will void your warranty...
