RE: (ASCEND) caller-id on POTS port of new P75

How can you tell if the telco if sending time of day?  I haven't
figured out how to decipher bridis output.  I see strings in ascii, 
including the calling and called number as well as "NOISDNCALLING".  
How do you intrerpret the characters greater than 0x7F?  Ascii only 
goes up to 0x7F.  Can you point me to a reference for ISDN signalling 
and protocol?

What is "EKTS"?  I didn't find that in the reference manual index and it
doesn't show up in my saved config, so I must be at the default if its a 
settable parameter in a P75.  

Since somebody mentioned the differences in NI-1 on DMS100 and 5ESS, I'll 
point out that I'm using NI-1 on a 5ESS.  Is there any other configuration
info that would help you diagnose the problem.  I'll post my whole config
if you want me to.
