(ASCEND) resetting pipeline configs

Is there a quick way to reset the configuration of a pipeline to the
factory defaults? I am having some trouble connecting to mine via telnet
(although my net connections work and it dials up ISDN) and can't get the
configuration tool to work either...

Any ideas?
