(ASCEND) Wierd problem with P75 voice inbound

I have the P75 (6.1.7 firmware) it also serves as my voice line too.
Everything seems to work correctly (even CallerID!) for inbound voice
calls from everywhere EXCEPT if I call home from work. Work has a PBX
and has all ISDN lines... this may be important.

The phone rings about 3-4 times and then stops ringing. At work, the call
shows disconnected. The ascend log shows (phone numbers edited):

Aug 18 10:31:59 ascend-gw.nrgup.com ASCEND: slot 0 port 0, line 1, channel 2, Incoming Call, 845xxxx [MBID 17; 845xxxx->917xxxx]
Aug 18 10:32:12 ascend-gw.nrgup.com ASCEND: slot 4 port 2, Assigned to port, 845xxxx [MBID 17; 845xxxx->917xxxx]
Aug 18 10:32:12 ascend-gw.nrgup.com ASCEND: slot 4 port 2, line 1, channel 2, Call Connected, 845xxxx [MBID 17; 8452000->9171072]
Aug 18 10:32:12 ascend-gw.nrgup.com ASCEND: call 17 AN slot 4 port 2 VOICE 917xxxx
Aug 18 10:32:13 ascend-gw.nrgup.com ASCEND: slot 4 port 2, Call Terminated [MBID17; 845xxxx->917xxxx]

This is completely reproducable but does not happen if anyone else calls me.
In addition, CallerID box shows "845xxxx" whereas most inbound calls show full
areacode and phone number (10 digit).

I'm game for ANY ideas. Right now, I have to answer the phone QUICKLY if I
want to catch a call from the office! (If I answer quickly, it works just fine
and I can make calls to the office with no problems either).
